Meetupads provides digital services and premium access. Once a user completes the registration and premium upgrade process, the service is considered initiated and delivered.
As a result, fees paid for account creation, premium access, subscriptions, or chat access are generally non-refundable.
No Refund for Chat Requests
Submitting a chat request does not guarantee a response. Meetupads.com does not control, manage, or guarantee any interactions or replies between users. Accordingly, payments made for premium membership, chat access, or related features are non-refundable, even if a chat request does not receive a response.
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases, such as:
• Duplicate payment
• Technical error resulting in unsuccessful service activation
Any refund request must be submitted in writing to support@meetupads.com and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. The company reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests.
